Cancellation & Refunds Policy

This Cancellation and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which orders placed for Flahy’s products, services, and reports (“Services”) may be cancelled or refunded. This Policy is issued by FLH Technologies Private Limited (“Flahy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order on (https://flahyhealth.com), mobile application, or through any of our authorised partners, you (“you”, “user”, or “customer”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed for any Flahy product or service—including but not limited to genetic tests, wellness tests, mental health tests, neurology tests, oncology tests, or any associated reports—the order cannot be cancelled.

Because our Services begin processing immediately (including sample kit allocation, logistics initiation, laboratory pipeline setup, and pre-analysis workflows), we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds

Flahy does not provide refunds for any orders once they have been placed. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Orders placed by mistake or due to change of mind
  • Situations where the user decides not to proceed after ordering
  • Orders placed through the website, app, or authorised Lab Partner
  • Cases where Services could not be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information/samples
  • Cases where the user does not utilise or download the reports
  • Cases where logistics, courier delays, or external factors impact delivery

All payments—whether full or partial—made toward any Flahy Service are strictly non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Flahy does not offer refunds except where required by applicable Indian law. Such cases will be evaluated strictly in accordance with statutory requirements.
